Nutritional values

The potassium from Peaches helps to gently dehydrate and balance the body's fluid balance. Abundant minerals are provided by burrata. In particular, calcium and phosphorus reduce the risk of osteoporosis.

If you can't get burrata, you can substitute the Italian cream cheese with regular mozzarella or buffalo mozzarella. The tomato salad with peaches, raspberries and burrata goes perfectly with a piece of homemade bread, for example crusty Sourdough baguette.
