1 garlic clove

Preparation steps

Rinse chives and chop. Peel garlic. Mix cream cheese with chives. Press garlic and mix in with cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper and let sit for 15 minutes.

Rinse tomatoes and cut into 1/2 cm (approximately 1/5 inch) thick slices. Lightly salt and pepper. Top tomato slices with cream cheese and serve over a bed of lettuce.
