Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C upper and lower heat.

Rinse tomatoes and cut off lids. Scrape out pulp nad combine 2-3 tablespoons of tomato pulp with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Cut off stems from tomato lids and cut remaining tomato pulp into small cubes. Rinse and dry scallions, cut into rings. Rinse tuna, pat dry and chop. Drain beans in a colander, rinse well and drain again. Mix beans with tuna, scallions and diced tomatoes. Stuff tomatoes with the mixture and drizzle with tomato marinade.
