- 150 grams button Mushroom
- 125 grams cooked ham (1 thick slice)
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- salt
- 1 scoop Mozzarella ( about 125 g)
- For the cheese sauce
- 25 grams butter
- 25 grams Pastry flour
- 300 milliliters milk
- 2 Tbsps grated Parmesan
Preparation steps
For the cheese sauce, melt the butter in a pan. Add the flour, cook for 1 minute, then gradually incorporate the milk stirring constantly. Add the parmesan, and continue whisking until thickened.
Cook the tortellini in a pot of boiling salted water until they float to the surface.
Drain the mozzarella and cut into small cubes.
Cut the ham into strips.
Peel onion and garlic and chop finely.
Clean the mushrooms and thinly slice. Cook in butter with the onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Drain the tortellini. Add the tortellini and ham to the pan with the mushrooms. Cook briefly, and transfer to a greased, ovenproof dish. Pour the cheese sauce over, then sprinkle with the mozzarella. Bake in a 200°C (approximately 400°F) oven for 15 minutes.
Serve with ketchup, if you'd like.
