500 grams red Daikon radish

1 bed Cress (or garden cress)
300 grams Smoked trout
3 Tbsps White vinegar
4 Tbsps olive oil
peppers
1 pinch sugar
1 pc Horseradish (about 10 g)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and thinly slice the radish. Sprinkle with salt, and set aside for about 15 minutes.

Remove the cress from the beet.

3.

Coarsely chop the trout.

4.

For the vinaigrette, mix the vinegar with the oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and 1 pinch of sugar.

5.

Dry the radish, and divide onto 4 plates with the fish. Drizzle with the vinaigrette, and top with the cress.

6.

Peel the horseradish and grate over the salad.
