- For the kebabs
- 4 Tuna steak
- 16 Cherry tomatoes
- fresh bay leaves
- thyme (dried and ground)
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- Lettuce (of choice)
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps

For the kebabs, cut the tuna into bite-sized pieces and thread alternately onto wooden skewers with the rinsed cocktail tomatoes and bay leaves (roughly 3 pieces of tuna per two tomatoes and bay leaves on each skewer).

Season the kebabs with salt, pepper and thyme and cook in a grill pan (or on a grill) with some oil for about 3 minutes on both sides. Remove from the heat and leave to rest.

Meanwhile, rinse and trim the lettuce and arrange on plates.
For the dressing, mix the oil, vinegar and sugar and season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the lettuce and serve with the kebabs.
