- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 6 Tomatoes
- 1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 600 grams Tuna steak
- 500 grams Cherry tomatoes
- vegetable oil (for the grill)
Preparation steps

Peel and finely dice the onions and the garlic. Sauté both slowly until golden brown in a pan with some oil.
Blanch the tomatoes, rinse cold, peel, quarter, core and dice finely. Add to the onions and simmer for 10-15 minutes until creamy. Add the rosemary and season with lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Rinse the tuna, pat dry and chop into bite-sized pieces. Mix into the tomato sauce. Rinse and peel the cherry tomatoes.
Alternately, thread the tomatoes and tuna cubes onto skewers.
Cook on an oiled grill for 4-8 minutes and serve immediately.
