For the tuna
2 Tuna (each about 200 grams)
juice of lemons
5 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
For the tomato
250 grams small Tomatoes
100 grams black, pitted herb-infused oil
2 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

For the tuna, mix lemon juice and oil. Season with salt and pepper and brush on tuna. Marinate for about 30 minutes.

For the tomato, rinse tomatoes, cut in half, brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Cut olives into slices.

4.

Grill tuna steaks on a hot grill for about 3 minutes on each side. Place tomatoes on aluminum foil and grill. Arrange tuna, tomatoes and olives on plates and serve.
