Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes and place in a bowl covered with water for about 20 minutes. They do not have to be tender, then drain and let evaporate. Peel the potatoes. Mix the yogurt with sour cream and curry. Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the pit, finely dice and add to the yogurt sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the chives to the yogurt and mango sauce and refrigerate.

2.

Peel the onions so that they hold together with the roots. Cut the onion into sixths and blanch for 2 minutes in boiling water. Remove, drain, then halve each of the onion pieces again. Pat dry the turkey breast and cut into 24 pieces. Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Alternate the potatoes, onions and meat and thread onto the wooden skewers. Brush the skewers with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven (use the 2nd shelf from the bottom) and cook for about 8 minutes. Then turn on the broiler and cook the skewers on the top rail for 5 minutes, turning once. Remove, lightly sprinkle with paprika and serve with the mango-yogurt sauce.
