4 turkey breasts (6 oz each)
6 ozs Broccoli (florets only)
salt
3 slices cooked ham (about 1 oz)
6 slices Poultry Salami ( 2 oz)
7 ozs Pineapple
6 ozs peeled Tomatoes (canned)
peppers
1 tsp dried oregano
6 ozs Corn
6 Cherry tomatoes
6 ozs Gouda
2 stalks oregano
1 tsp olive oil
4 green Pepperoncini (from a jar)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the turkey fillets, pat dry, and pound flat. Rinse the broccoli and blanch for 3 minutes in boiling salted water. Rinse in cold water, drain, and chop.

Cut the ham and salami into strips and the pineapple into small pieces. Puree the canned tomato, season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Drain the corn.

Rinse the cherry tomatoes, pat dry and cut in half. Grate the cheese. Rinse the fresh oregano, shake dry, and remove the leaves.

Brush a baking sheet with oil. Arrange the turkey pieces on the sheet and brush with the pureed tomatoes. Top with salami, pepperoncini, pineapple, ham, broccoli, corn, and cherry tomatoes. Finally, sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F, for 10 minutes.

5.

When finished, remove from the oven, garnish with oregano leaves and serve immediately.
