120 grams turkey breasts
½ shallot (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp Tomatoes (chopped)
1 tsp scallions
1 tsp thyme (chopped)
salt
freshly ground peppers
clarified butter
1 Tomato (cut in slices)
Lettuce
2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
2 Tbsps Ketchup
2 White rolls

Preparation steps

1.

Finely chop turkey breast. Mix with chopped shallot and chopped tomato.

Mix herbs well into mext mixture, season with salt and pepper, form 2 flat patties and cook both sides in hot butter until golden brown.

3.

Halve buns. Spread one half with ketchup, the other spread with mayonnaise. Place lettuce leaves and tomato slices, season tomatoes with salt and pepper, top with turkey patties and cover with half of the bun.
