- 1 bunch scallions
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 200 grams red Lentils
- 600 milliliters Chicken broth
- 4 Turkey cutlets (each 150 grams)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 250 grams Pineapple (canned)
Preparation steps

Trim scallions, rinse, cut into rings and cook in a pan in 1 tablespoon hot oil. Add rinsed lentils and cook briefly. Pour in the broth, boil, cover and simmer about 10 minutes.

Season turkey cutlets with salt, pepper and curry. Cook in remaining oil in a pan about 4 minutes per side.

Add the drained pineapple to the lentils and season. Serve with the turkey cutlets. Serve with rice if desired.
