2 garlic cloves
1 chili pepper
150 grams Peanuts (roasted)
2 Tbsps soy sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
300 milliliters Coconut milk
salt
2 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the garlic. Core and chop the chile pepper.

2.

Puree the peanuts with the soy sauce, sugar and about 100 ml (approximately 1/3 cup) of coconut milk. Bring to a boil and stir in the remaining coconut milk.

3.

Cut turkey breast into long strips, add salt and thread in waves onto skewers.

4.

Roast in hot oil on all sides for approximately 4 minutes.

5.

Serve with the peanut sauce and rice or white bread.
