2 Romaine lettuce
100 grams Yogurt (low-fat)
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
salt

1 pinch sugar
600 grams turkey breasts
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 slices white bread
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp butter

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and spin dry lettuce, tear into wide strips.

Prepare dressing by mixing yogurt with oil and lemon juice, season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar.

Rinse meat under cold water, pat dry and cut into 8 equal slices. Pound slices between 2 layers of plastic wrap until flattened and season with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a pan. Cook turkey on medium heat until golden brown in both sides.

Cut bread into cubes. Peel and squeeze garlic through a garlic press. Heat butter in another pan. Cook bread and garlic until golden brown on high heat for about 2 minutes. Remove, drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt.

6.

Arrange lettuce on plates, drizzle with dressing and top with 2 slices of turkey breast steak. Sprinkle with croutons and serve.
