500 grams turkey breasts
2 Red chili peppers
2 onions
2 garlic cloves
1 pc fresh ginger (15 grams)
4 Tbsps Canola oil
2 Tbsps Fish sauce
2 Tbsps Oyster sauce
2 Tbsps Lime juice
1 tsp brown sugar
4 stalks cilantro
1 Lime

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse turkey breast under cold water, pat dry and cut into bite-sized strips. Rinse chile peppers, remove seeds and cut into thin strips. Peel the onions and cut into thin slices. Peel cloves of garlic and ginger and finely chop.

Heat canola oil in a wok. Add chile peppers, onions, ginger and garlic and sauté over medium heat until onions are translucent. Add turkey strips and fry over high heat for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Season meat with fish sauce, oyster sauce, lime juice and sugar. Rinse cilantro and shake dry, then pluck leaves. Rinse lime in hot water and cut into wedges.

4.

Arrange turkey in 4 bowls, sprinkle with cilantro leaves and garnish with lime wedges.
