Nutritional values

The yellow spice turmeric helps the digestive organs break down carbohydrates and revs up a tired metabolism. The turmeric semolina porridge also provides fiber from the semolina, which ensures long-lasting satiety and a healthy intestine.

This satisfying turmeric semolina porridge can of course also be prepared with spelt semolina instead of wheat semolina. If you do not have acacia honey, use forest honey or a normal flower honey.
