- 22 ozs potatoes
- 4 Tbsps Vegan cream cheese
- 4 Tbsps Raw cane sugar
- 3 Tbsps raisins
- 4 ozs Spelt flour
- 2 Tbsps Soy flour
- salt
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- 2 Tbsps Canola oil
- 2 Apple
- 1 pinch cinnamon

Preparation steps
For the cheese patties, boil the potatoes in boiling water for 15-20 minutes until soft, drain and let cool. Peel the potatoes, press them with a potato press and put them into a bowl.
Add the cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of sugar, raisins, spelt flour, soy flour, salt and lime juice to the potatoes and mix everything into a smooth dough. Form 12 patties from the dough with wet hands. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the cheese patties on both sides for 5 minutes at medium heat until golden and keep warm in the oven.
In the meantime wash apples, halve, core and chop them into small pieces. Sauté apples in a pot with 1 tbsp. sugar and cinnamon for 6 minutes at medium heat. Then add 3 tablespoons of water and simmer for 5 minutes. Then serve the patties with apple compote and sprinkled with the remaining sugar.
