- 600 grams Strawberries
- 2 Tbsps brown sugar
- 2 Tbsps Bourbon vanilla powder
- 200 grams Tofu
- 250 milliliters Soy milk (unsweetened)
- 2 Tbsps Canola oil
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the strawberries, trim, coarsely chop and combine 2/3 with both sugars in a blender and puree.

Drain the tofu well, stir to break up and add to blender along with soy milk and puree again. Stir in the oil, add the remaining sliced strawberries and divide mixture among 4 glasses. Serve immediately.
