250 milliliters Beef broth
2 onions
1 green Bell pepper
2 Tomatoes
200 grams macaroni
2 Tbsps fresh Parmesan (grated)

Preparation steps

1.

Cube beef and fry until golden brown in a pan in oil. Pour in broth and cook about 30 minutes.

2.

Peel onions and cut into eighths. Rinse the bell pepper, remove seeds and cut into strips. Cut tomatoes into quarters.

3.

After half of the cooking time, add the macaroni to the beef and cook for about 12 minutes. Then add bell pepper, tomatoes and onion and continue to cook for remaining cooking time. Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with grated cheese.
