- 14 ozs fillet Steak
- 2 tsps Wholegrain Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 handful Watercress
- 1 large Red onion
- 1 bunch Radish
- salt
- peppers

- ¼ cup cream (30% fat)
- ⅜ cup Sour cream
- salt
- peppers
- 1 tsp lemon juice (or to taste)
Preparation steps

Wash the meat, pat dry and spread with mustard. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat over a high heat for 1 minute each side. Wrap in aluminium foil and put into the oven (80°C) for about 20 minutes. Wash and sort the watercress and shake dry. Peel and thinly slice the onion. Wash, trim and thinly slice the radishes. Season lightly with salt.

Mix the cream with the sour cream, season with salt and pepper and add lemon juice to taste. Mix the salad and arrange on plates. Take the meat out of the oven and cut into very thin strips. Put the meat on top of the salad, sprinkle with the dressing and serve immediately.
