4 Camembert (each about 150 grams)
3 ripe Apple
300 grams whole almonds (unpeeled)
4 Tbsps Blossom honey
½ tsp cinnamon
4 sprigs mint

Preparation steps

Place Camembert on a lined with parchment paper baking tray and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 25-30 minutes. Meanwhile, rinse apples, quarter and core, cut into slices.

Toast almonds in a dry pan. Add honey and apples, season with cinnamon and saute on medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes. Rinse mint, shake dry and pluck off leaves. Arrange baked Camemberts on 4 plates and drizzle with plenty of almond, apple and honey mixture. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
