- 400 grams starchy potatoes
- 400 grams Celery root
- salt
- 300 grams Smoked salmon
- 200 milliliters lukewarm milk
- 40 grams butter
- freshly ground peppers
- Wasabi (to taste)
Preparation steps
1.
Peel the potatoes and celery, rinse, cut into cubes and cook for 25 minutes in boiling salted water. Meanwhile cut half of the salmon into strips and turn the other half into florets. Drain the potatoes and celery, let evaporate and press through a potato ricer.

Mix with the milk and the butter to a smooth and supple puree and season with salt, pepper and wasabi. Pour the mashed potatoes into preheated bowls, top with the salmon strips and serve garnished with salmon florets.
