1 Tbsp salt
2 tsps Wasabi powder
2 Tbsps cornstarch
1 Tbsp Wasabi paste
300 grams Peanuts (unsalted)
vegetable oil (for greasing)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat a convection oven to 150°C (approximately 300°F). 

2.

Beat the egg whites with the salt until semi-stiff. Gradually incorporate the wasbai powder and the cornstarch.  Mix in the wasabi paste, and stir until combined. Add the nuts, mix with a fork, then spread onto an oilied baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes, until crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool.
