Preparation steps
1.
Peel the watermelon and scoop out the seeds.
2.
Score the skins of the nectarines, put them into a bowl and pour over boiling water. Leave for 2 minutes then remove the skins. Cut the fruit open and remove the stones.
3.
Whizz the watermelon and nectarines in a blender together and serve.
