50 grams powdered sugar
½ lemon (juice)

Preparation steps

1.

Remove seeds from watermelon if necessary and cut into small pieces. Rinse, hull and halve strawberries. In a blender, puree watermelon, strawberries, powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Meanwhile, rinse mint, shake dry and cut leaves into thin strips. Rinse, halve and remove seeds (if necessary) from grapes. Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with mint and grapes.
