1 soft white bread (approx. 400 g)
1 ¾ cups cream cheese
Lime juice (from one lime)
1 Tbsp Lime zest
4 Tbsps cream (at least 30% fat)
2 Tbsps cilantro (finely chopped)
2 Tbsps parsley (finely chopped)
1 Cucumber (very thinly sliced)

Preparation steps

1.
Cut out approx. 40 heart shapes from the the bread.
2.
Mix together the cream cheese, lime juice and zest, cream and herbs. Season with salt and ground black pepper and spread on the bread hearts.
3.
Overlap the cucumber slices to form a square. Cut out cucumber hearts and place them on top of the cream cheese.
