1 white bread (About 400 grams)
400 grams cream cheese
1 organic Lime
1 Tbsp Lime zest
4 Tbsps Whipped cream (at least 30% fat content)
2 Tbsps freshly chopped cilantro
2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley

1 Cucumber

Preparation steps

Cut bread into slices and use a heart cookie cutter (about 4 cm or approximately 1.5 inches in diameter) to cut out 40 hearts. Mix cream cheese with lime juice, lime zest, cream, and herbs. Season with salt and pepper and spread mixture onto bread hearts.

Rinse cucumber, pat dry and cut into thin slices. Place cucumber slices in a fan shape to form a rectangle and press together firmly. With the heart cutter, cut out cucumber hearts and place on top of bread hearts. Spear with toothpicks and serve immediately.
