Preparation steps

Pour the flour into a bowl and make a well in the center. Dissolve the yeast in 100 ml of warm water (approximately 1/2 cup) along with the sugar. Pour into the well and dust over with a little flour. Leave to rest for 10 minutes and then mix in the oil and salt. Knead into a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise for about 20 minutes in a warm place.
Preheat the oven to 200ºC (approximately 400ºF).

Shape the dough into a flat, oblong loaf shape. Shower the surface with oregano and place on a floured baking sheet.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
Allow to cool before serving.
