4 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 tsp Curry powder
1 tsp ground paprika (sweet)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the trout inside and out and dab dry with paper towel.

2.

Mix the oil with the curry powder, paprika, salt, and pepper and brush the trout inside with the spice mixture. Soak 4 large wooden skewers in water to prevent burning and skewer each fish. Brush with the remaining spice-oil on the outside of the fish. Cook over the fire, constantly turning for about 20 minutes.
