2 Tbsps Horseradish cream
4 Tbsps Iceberg lettuce
½ handful Arugula
150 grams Smoked salmon (sliced)
2 Tbsps scallions

Preparation steps

1.

Spread wholegrain bread slices with cream cheese. Spread half of bread slices with horseradish cream.

2.

Top four remaining bread slices with rinsed lettuce and arugula leaves. Arrange smoked salmon and sprinkle with chives on top. Cover with horseradish cream bread slices. 

3.

Halve diagonally and serve.
