- For the bread
- 4 slices Whole Wheat Bread (each 80 grams)
- For the turkey spread
- 80 grams Turkey (precooked)
- 1 Tbsp red Beet juice
- 100 grams Sour cream
- Tabasco sauce
- For the garnish
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 2 Tbsps Blueberries
- ½ Mango
- 4 Basil
Preparation steps

For the turkey spread: Dice turkey into small cubes and puree with red beet juice and sour cream. Season cream to taste with Tabasco.
For the garnish: Rinse lettuce leaves and spin dry. Rinse blueberries and drain. Peel mango and cut into thin strips. On the lettuce leaves, place some cream and add mango strips and blueberries decoratively on top.

Spread remaining cream on the bread and top with the lettuce leaves. Garnish with a basil leaf.
