- 2 ozs apple sauce (sugar-free)
- 1 Tbsp Red currant jelly
- 1 Tbsp Sea buckthorn
- 2 ozs Yogurt (low-fat)
- ½ cup Buttermilk
- Ice cubes

1 Tablespoon, 1 deep bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Immersion blender
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse lemon balm, shake dry and pluck leaves.
2.
Combine applesauce with red currant jelly and sea buckthorn in a high vessel.
3.
Add yogurt and buttermilk to the vessel and puree with an immersion blender. Pour into an ice-filled serving glass, garnish with lemon balm and serve immediately.
