- 2 Tbsps red Caviar
- 2 tsps finely chopped, fresh Dill
- 4 slices Rye bread (toasted)
- 4 ozs thinly sliced, organic Smoked salmon
- 4 Radish (cleaned; trimmed and cut into thin match sticks)
- 1 handful Arugula
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
Preparation steps
1.
In small bowl, combine sour cream, red caviar, and dill; gently mix to incorporate.

Spread sour cream mixture on top of toasted rye bread. Top with sliced salmon, radish and arugula. Season with freshly cracked pepper. Serve.
