100 milliliters Asparagus stock
2 centimeters ginger
1 scallion

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the yogurt with the sour cream and asparagus cooking liquid until smooth. Peel the ginger, finely grate, and stir into the yogurt mixture. 

2.

Wipe the scallions, then thinly slice 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) of the greens. Finely chop the remaining scallions, then mix into the yogurt mixture. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and lime juice. 

3.

Place in a small bowl, garnish with the sliced scallions and curry powder, and serve.
