Add another tablespoon of linseed oil to the smoothie - this scores with a good fatty acid composition.

- ½ Cantaloupe
- ½ honeydew melon
- 1 cup Yogurt (0.1% fat) (250 g)
- 150 milliliters milk
- 4 Ice cubes

Rinse strawberries and gently pat dry. Cut strawberries into small cubes. Cut the cantaloupe in half, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Reserve a small amount of strawberries and melon for garnish.

Blend yogurt, milk and strawberries into a fine purée. Add the melon and ice and purée into a fine mixture. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with strawberries and melon cubes.
3.
Sweeten to taste with honey.
