2 tsps grated Organic lemon zest
2 tsps honey

Preparation steps

1.

Remove the blueberries from the vine, rinse well, and dy thoroughly. 

2.

Whisk the yogurt with the lemon zest (minus some for garnish) and the honey until smooth. 

3.

Divide the blueberries into 4 bowls, and top with the yogurt mixture. Garnish with the lemon zest and serve.
