Preparation steps

Mix together yogurt with honey and cream. Finely chop walnuts. Set aside a small amount for garnish. Fold remaining walnuts into yogurt mixture. Peel mandarin and divide into segments. Rinse, halve and core apples. Cut apple into slices and sprinkle immediately with a little lemon juice. Peel banana, cut diagonally into slices, and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Divide yogurt-cream among glasses, garnish with walnuts and serve with fruit.
