Nutritional values

This fritatta is healthy because it contains plenty of protein from the eggs, healthy fats and calcium from the cheese and cream, and nutrients from the zucchini. Zucchini is a low calorie, summer vegetable that is high in antioxidants, can help with digestion, can reduce blood sugar levels, can help strengtehn vision, and more! This ingredient is a great one to incorporate into your diet for weight loss and added health benefits.

If you don't like goat cheese, you can always use feta cheese. You can also replace the cream with yogurt or sour cream. That will still make the eggs fluffy but with less fat.
