1 Banana
400 milliliters Carrot juice
1 Tbsp honey (as desired)
1 tsp olive oil
200 milliliters Orange juice

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and set aside the carrots. Rinse the apples, cut into quarters, remove the core and dice the flesh. Peel and chop the banana.

2.

Combine the apple cubes, pieces of banana, carrot juice, oil and honey (to taste) in a blender and purée until creamy.

3.

Mix in the orange juice and distribute into 4 glasses.

4.

Serve garnished with a carrot.
