- 1 ripe Banana (about 200 grams)
- ½ cup Carrot juice
- In addition: Ice cubes

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 deep bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Immersion blender
Preparation steps
1.
Cut orange in half and squeeze juice into a tall vessel.

Peel banana and cut 2-3 diagonal slices for garnish. Cut remaining banana into thin slices and add to orange juice.

Add carrot juice and puree with an immersion blender until smooth. Pour juice into a glass with ice cubes. Garnish with banana slices and serve immediately.
