Apple and Honey Pancakes
Healthy, because

Nutritional values
It is always a good idea to include apples in your diet, because they are good for the digestion with their soluble dietary fibre pectin and have the ability to bind pollutants and cause their excretion. The spelt flour type 1050 also has a high fibre content and ensures a long-lasting satiation.
You like variations? Then you are at the right place with pancakes! Because this dish can be varied endlessly depending on your preferences: try pear instead of apple, maple syrup instead of honey or chopped walnuts as an additional topping.

Ingredients
- Ingredients
- 4 ripe Apple
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 250 grams Pastry flour
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- 500 milliliters milk
- 2 eggs
- 75 grams sugar
- 6 Tbsps vegetable oil
- honey
Preparation steps
Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400ºF).
Rinse the apples, cut into quarters, remove the core and slice into columns. Mix immediately with the lemon juice.
For the pancakes, combine the flour with the baking powder, milk, eggs and sugar and mix until smooth.
Heat the oil in a pan. Spoon 1 ladle of the batter into the pan and allow it to run, lifting the pan slightly so that the batter spreads evenly.
Place the apple slices on the pancakes and bake in the oven until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
Remove from the oven and serve with a little luke-warm honey drizzled over them.
