- 100 grams Mascarpone
- 350 grams Quark
- 125 grams apple sauce
- 70 grams sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 50 milliliters Whipped cream
- 125 milliliters milk (low-fat)
- 150 grams Ladyfinger
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder (10 grams)
Preparation steps
1.
Whisk the mascarpone and quark until smooth. Mix in the applesauce, sugar, lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.

Whip the cream until stiff and gradually fold in. Mix the milk with the remaining cinnamon.
3.
Line the bottom of a baking dish with half of the ladyfingers, sprinkle with half of the milk and cinnamon mixture and top with half of the mascarpone mixture. Repeat layers with the remaining ladyfingers, milk mixture and cream. Chill for at least 2 hours.
4.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving.
