250 grams turkey breasts
3 Tbsps soy sauce
1 Tbsp sherry
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp sesame oil
Chili sauce
1 pc fresh ginger (walnut size)
300 grams Swiss chard
1 red Bell pepper
1 small Papaya (200 grams)
100 grams hearts of palm (canned)
200 grams Chinese Egg noodle
salt
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
Coriander (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Cut turkey meat into strips. Stir together 1 tablespoon soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch and sesame oil, season with some chile sauce and mix in the meat strips to infuse.

Cook noodles according to package information to al dente, drain, rinse and drain. Peel onion, garlic and ginger and finely chop. Trim chard, rinse and cut the stems in a wedge shape. Cut leaves into strips and dice the stems. Rinse pepper, quarter, remove seeds and ribs and cut into strips. Peel papaya, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into slices with hearts of palm.

Heat a wok (or large frying pan), add oil and cook the turkey  briefly while stirring. Add onions, garlic and ginger, stir and cook for about 1 minute. Stir in chard, papaya, peppers and palm hearts and cook another 2-3 minutes. Season with remaining soy sauce. Mix in noodles and heat through. To serve, distribute in bowls and garnish to taste with cilantro leaves.
