250 grams Long grain rice

1 red chili pepper
1 garlic clove
1 pc ginger (About 20 grams)
600 grams Pork tenderloin
1 Tbsp Canola oil
2 Tbsps Sesame seeds (30 grams)
2 Tbsps soy sauce
1 Tbsp Oyster sauce

Preparation steps

1.

Cook rice in a pot salted water according to package instructions.

2.

Meanwhile tear bok choy into individual leaves, trim, rinse and shake dry. Cut green from bok choy and cut whites into strips.

3.

Rinse chile pepper, trim, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into thin, long strips. Peel garlic and ginger and finely chop.

4.

Rinse pork under cold water, pat dry and cut into narrow strips.

5.

Heat oil in a wok. Sear meat on all sides. Sprinkle pork with sesame seeds, remove and set aside.

6.

Fry ginger, garlic and chile pepper in the wok. Add whites of bok choy to the wok and cook 2 minutes. Then, add greens of bok choy and pork to the wok, stir and season with soy sauce, oyster sauce and pepper.

7.

To serve, place rice in bowls and cover with pork and vegetables.
