4 Tbsps olive oil
50 grams Sunflower seed
50 grams freshly grated Parmesan
100 grams Semolina flour
250 milliliters Vegetable broth
freshly ground peppers
150 grams grated Gouda

Preparation steps

Peel asparagus and cook in salted water for about 15 minutes or until very al dente.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C upper and lower heat.

Rinse wild garlic and blanch in salted water. Drain and mash finely with oil. Mix with sunflower seeds, Parmesan, semolina and broth, season with salt and pepper. Spread in four ramekins.

Top with asparagus and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
