4 Tomatoes
½ Cucumber (200 grams or 7 ounces)
1 garlic clove
1 red onion
1 red chili pepper
salt
peppers
1 pinch sugar
2 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps Lime juice
2 Avocados
4 sheets Frisée

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse tomatoes, quarter, core and finely dice.

2.

Rinse cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and finely dice. Peel and press garlic.

3.

Peel onion and finely dice. Rinse and chop chile pepper.

4.

Mix tomatoes, chile pepper, onions, cucumber and garlic. Add salt, pepper, 1 pinch of sugar, oil and lime juice. Mix well.

5.

Cut avocados in half, remove pits and place each on a plate. Fill with tomato salsa and season with pepper.

6.

Rinse lettuce and spin dry. Use as garnish and serve.
