- 4 medium Sesame bagel (about 80 g)
- 4 Lettuce
- 4 Tbsps cream cheese
- 8 thin slices Gouda (about 150 g or approximately 6 ounces)
- ½ red paprika
- 1 chili pepper
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse peppers and pat dry. Remove the white inner skin and seeds of the bell pepper and cut into small strips. Cut the chile pepper into thin rings.
2.
Slice bagels and spread cream cheese on one half of each. Cut the gouda slices in half and place 2 slices on the cream cheese. Top with lettuce and peppers.
