Preparation steps

Peel the potatoes, halve lengthwise and season with salt and pepper. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil. Halve the lemon, squeeze one half and slice the other half. Preheat the oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F).

Sprinkle the potatoes with the sesame seeds. Place the potatoes on the baking sheet, cut side down. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Rinse the rosemary, shake dry, pluck the needles and sprinkle over the potatoes. Bake for about 30 minutes. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
