Halve avocados, remove seeds and flesh from peel, dice and mix with lime juice. Peel bananas, cut into small pieces and freeze together with the avocado cubes for at least 2 hours.

Remove everything from the freezer about 15 minutes before serving and allow to thaw slightly. Using a hand blender, quickly puree to a creamy nicecream and immediately pour into small, pre-chilled glasses. Chop the cocoa nibs and sprinkle over the nicecream together with the pistachios.
