- 400 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 2 small Zucchini
- 1 sm can thick white Beans (about 400 grams)
- 3 carrots
- 1 red onion
- 200 grams smoked chicken
- 4 Tbsps white wine
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 Tbsps finely chopped Basil
Preparation steps

Rince and peel the tomatoes. Rinse the zucchini, trim, cut in half lengthwise and cut crosswise into thin slices. Drain the beans in a colander, rinse briefly and drain again.

Peel the carrot and cut into thin slices.
3.
Peel, halve and cut the onion into thin strips.
4.
Cook all the ingredients in oil without browning, add wine and simmer for about 5 minutes on a low temperature. Season with salt and pepper. Add chicken, mix together with the vegetables, and reheat. Serve garnished with basil.
